How the NBA 2K27 REP System Works
REP is the year-long MyCAREER ladder that climbs as you play games in The City, and it does not reset between seasons. The ladder that resets is your season level, which has its own season reward track.

- 2K does not show REP point totals anywhere in the menu, only a percentage bar toward your next level. There is no published per level requirement to quote.
