Lifetime Challenges return in NBA 2K27, and this year they feed a bigger system. Completing Lifetime Challenges and hitting stat milestones earns Player Medals, a new career-long achievement layer in The City with nearly 300 unique medals to unlock.

Cap Breaker milestones
Pre-release screenshots show two Cap Breakers tied to Lifetime Goal totals: one for completing 200 Lifetime Goals and one for completing 400.
