Rebirth is the NBA 2K27 MyCareer quest that lets every new build you create start with a share of your badge tokens, your past Max OVR already unlocked, and on Tiers I to III faster badge progression. It applies to new saves only: the build you level to unlock a tier stays exactly as it is.

Tier IV drops the progression boost because new saves already start with every badge token you have earned.

How Do You Unlock Rebirth?

The Rebirth quest from Ronnie 2K sits under Quests and then Unlocks, and it starts in your MyCourt.

  1. Go to your MyCourt. The Rebirth holohelp is next to the exit.
  2. Activate it and talk to Ronnie 2K. That completes Learn about Rebirth and pays 10,000 VC.
  3. Level a build to each tier's Overall requirement. Past 95 you will need Cap Breakers to raise your Max Overall.

FAQ

Does Rebirth apply to my current build?

No. Only builds you create after unlocking a tier start with its bonuses. The build you leveled to earn the tier stays as it is.

Does Rebirth Tier IV include faster badge progression?

No. Tier IV starts new saves with all of your badge tokens and your past Max OVR. The 15% boost is on Tiers I to III only.

Do you have to redo Rebirth each season?

No. Rebirth is a MyCareer quest, not a season reward, so a tier stays unlocked for the rest of NBA 2K27.
