How Crew Levels Work
- Your crew levels up on CXP, and every game any member plays earns some.
- A full squad of crew members earns bonus CXP per game.
- Weekly Challenges pay the largest CXP amounts, so a crew that clears its weeklies climbs fastest.
- CXP is pooled across the whole crew, so every member's games count toward the same ladder.

How many crew levels are there in NBA 2K27?
- 40 are revealed so far, and Level 41 in the menu is a "More levels coming soon" card, so 2K has not shown anything past 40.
What is CXP in NBA 2K27?
- Crew XP, the shared progress currency that raises your crew level, earned from every game a member plays and in the largest amounts from Weekly Challenges.
Are crew rewards the same as REP rewards?
- No, crew levels are a separate ladder from your personal REP level, and each ladder hands out its own Cap Breakers and unlocks.
Why can't I claim my NBA 2K27 crew reward?
- MyPLAYER rewards need 7 days of crew membership, crew clothing is unavailable to Pledges, and arena, logo and uniform options can only be changed by the President or a VP.
